The Poetry Brothel Reykjavik
Based on fin-de-siecle bordellos in Paris, many of which functioned as safe havens for avant-garde artists, Rauða Skáldahúsið presents a rotating cast of poets, each operating within a carefully constructed character, who impart their work in public readings, spontaneous eruptions of poetry, and most distinctly, as purveyors of one-on-one poetry readings.

Dromineer Nenagh Literary Festival
The festival was founded in 2004 by a small group of literary enthusiasts in Dromineer, North Tipperary, by the shores of the stunning Lough Derg. Since its beginnings the festival has grown and established itself as an important literary festival in the Irish festivals landscape.
